Multi-award winning and three time JUNO nominated Ammoye effortlessly glides from Reggae and Dancehall to Gospel, Soul and R&B with breathtaking ease and presence. In her late teens, she moved to Toronto from Jamaica and quickly established herself in the community by forming the Sisters in Christ church group and the Voices of the Underground Artist movement. Over the years, she has shared the stage with Ziggy Marley and Freddie McGregor, Chronixx, Romain Virgo and Beenie Man, Sean Paul, Chris Martin, Tarrus Riley and Barrington Levy, Exco Levi, and many more.
