IMSTA FESTA Seoul Masterclasses

현재 음악 업계에서 활동 중인 프로듀서, 엔지니어, 작곡가들이 Ableton, Universal Audio, Bitwig, FabFilter의 오디오 소프트웨어를 더욱 심층적으로 분석하는 IMSTA Masterclass가 진행됩니다.

During the IMSTA Masterclass, producers, engineers, and composers active in the music industry will provide more in-depth introductions and analyses of Ableton, Universal Audio, Bitwig, and FabFilter audio software.

HRBstage는 사운드 엔지니어링을 기반으로 활동하는 프로듀서로, Wildberry, Quxan, Syndasizung, 릴호동, sidbysid 등 다양한 뮤지션들의 음반에서 믹싱 & 마스터링을 담당해 왔습니다. 현재 STANDARD FRIENDS의 치프 엔지니어로 원슈타인, 슬롬과 활발히 작업을 진행하고 있으며, 레코드팩토리에서 사운드 엔지니어 과정 강의를 담당하고 있습니다. 그는 이번 IMSTA FabFilter Masterclass에서 Pro-Q 및 Sturn을 활용한 창의적인 Mid/Side 프로세싱에 관련한 프로젝트를 선보입니다.

HRBstage is a producer with a strong foundation in sound engineering. He’s taken charge of mixing and mastering albums for a diverse array of musicians, including Wildberry, Quxan, Syndasizung, Lil Hodong, sidbysid, and more. Currently, he holds the position of chief engineer at STANDARD FRIENDS and actively collaborates with artists like Wonstein and Slom. In addition to his production work, he shares his knowledge by teaching sound engineering courses at Record Factory. In the upcoming IMSTA FabFilter Masterclass, he’ll be presenting a project centred around creative Mid/Side processing using Pro-Q and Saturn.

강호정은 1995년부터 서울예술대학에서 작곡, 전자음악과 음향에 대한 강의를 시작한 국내 최고의 신시사이저 전문가이자 교육자입니다. Bitwig Certified Trainer, GIGS의 연주자, 윤도현밴드의 프로듀서, <오세암>을 비롯한 영화 음악 감독 등 현재까지 왕성한 활동을 펼치고 있습니다. 그는 이번 IMSTA Bitwig Masterclass에서 Bitwig Studio의 기본적인 워크플로우와 특징적인 기능에 대한 주제로 작곡 및 사운드 디자인 세션을 선보입니다.

Hojung Kang is a highly regarded synthesiser expert and educator based in South Korea. His journey in education began in 1995 when he started teaching composition, electronic music, and sound-related subjects at Seoul National University of Arts. He holds the prestigious title of Bitwig Certified Trainer and is actively engaged as a performer with GIGS. Additionally, he serves as a producer for the Yoon Dohyun Band and contributes his musical expertise as a music director for films, including “오세암”. At the upcoming IMSTA Bitwig Masterclass, he will lead a session on composition and sound design, focusing on Bitwig Studio’s fundamental workflows and unique features.

조은수 프로덕션의 대표 조은수는 작/편곡가, 엔지니어 및 영상 제작 프리랜서로 활동하고 있으며, 음악 유저들이 리뷰, 강좌, 업계 소식 및 정보를 공유할 수 있는 온라인 커뮤니티 미디톡을 운영하고 있습니다. 그는 이번 IMSTA UA Masterclass에서 LUNA & UAD에 대한 개요와 작곡 및 레코딩 세션을 선보입니다.

Eunsoo Jo, the founder of Jo Eunsoo Productions, wears multiple hats as a composer, arranger, engineer, and freelance video producer. In addition to these diverse roles, he runs the online community platform ‘MidiTalk,’ where music enthusiasts come together to share reviews, tutorials, industry updates, and valuable information. At the upcoming IMSTA UA Masterclass, he will offer an overview of LUNA & UAD and guide a session on composition and recording.

ANSR는 Techno와 전자음악 라이브 세트 아티스트이자 Ableton Certified Trainer로, 신시사이저, 모듈러 신스, 샘플러 등 여러 전자악기에 매료되어 언더그라운드 전자음악 씬에서 정기적으로 라이브 세트를 선보이며 사운드에 대한 실험과 탐구를 지속하고 있습니다. 그는 이번 IMSTA Ableton Masterclass에서 ‘Live를 활용한 창의적인 작업 방법(feat. Push 3)’라는 주제로 프로듀싱, 비트메이킹 세션과 DAW 그 이상의 Live 활용법을 선보입니다.

ANSR is not only a Techno and electronic music live set artist but also holds the title of Ableton Certified Trainer. His fascination with a range of electronic instruments, including synthesisers, modular synths, and samplers, drives him to regularly perform live sets in the underground electronic music scene. His dedication to sound experimentation and exploration is unwavering. In the upcoming IMSTA Ableton Masterclass, he will lead a session on 'Creative Working Methods with Live (featuring Push 3),' providing insights into music production, beat-making, and unlocking Live's full potential beyond a typical DAW.
