Prezident Jeff was born and raised in downtown Toronto. He started making beats while still in high school, and began seriously pursuing a career in music production in 2010. A feature on Rich Kidd's Juno-nominated "In My Opinion" opened up the door for PJ to work with an array of promising young hip-hop artists. Collaboration with artists like Louisiana's Kevin Gates, the UK's Little Simz, & OVO artist Roy Wood$ have put PJ on the cusp of recognition from the international hip-hop community.
