Please use this opportunity to communicate with the music software companies' executives.
IMSTA is a nonprofit association which strives to inform music software users about the effects of software piracy on the music software industry. We believe that through education, we can change end-user behavior over time and reduce the demand for pirated software.
IMSTA will not be taking part in lawsuits or any other destructive measures in facing software piracy. Therefore, please be honest with your responses as we will not use them against you at any time. Your responses will be used by IMSTA for analysis purposes and the results will be available to the music software companies.
You do not have to provide your name and e-mail address if you do not wish to do so. However, you must provide this information if you do want to enter the contest. Your name and e-mail address will not be shared with or sold to the music software companies or any other companies or individuals. IMSTA only uses this information to enter you in the contest and to administer the prizes.
You must answer all the questions to qualify for the contest. IMSTA will read all additional comments entered in the text boxes and participants who have provided the most useful comments will have a chance to win great prizes.
CONTEST & PRIZES
If you choose to provide your name and e-mail address, you will be entered in the IMSTA contest and will have a chance to win music software products sponsored by IMSTA member companies. The survey and the contest will run until December 31, 2009.
Once the survey has been closed, IMSTA will complete the initial screening of all comments entered in the text boxes and will proceed to choose the top 100. The survey participants who have their comments entered in the top 100 list will have a chance to win great prizes.
IMSTA will randomly choose 10 winners from the top 100 list and will contact them individually to verify their information. Once an individual winner replies, IMSTA will send his/her information to the appropriate music software company, which will then send the prize directly to that winner.
Each winner may pick one product from the following list.
In the event that the same product is picked by more than one person, the first place winner will have the first choice, second place winner will have the second choice, and so on.
